International Construction Design and Management Ltd, established in 1994 at the inception of the Planning Supervisors responsibilities under the original CDM Regulations 1994. Then CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007. Due to the changes incorporated into the CDM Regulations 2015, we have been acting as Principal Designers to Clients to ensure they fulfil their duties, delivering expert advice and support across a range of industry sectors.
Our Clients include, GE Grid Solutions, E.ON, Cofely/Engie, British Gas, the 2012 Olympic Park, MG Motor (UK), Landrover, Whitehall, The BBC, Birmingham Airport Ltd, NHS Primary Care Centres, The British Museum, China Sanan, SAIC, XPO Logistics, Cambridge Assessments, BMW, Amgen UK, Sophos and many more, in the public and private sectors.
As a Corporate member of the Association for Project Safety, ICDM is able to demonstrate that we have the relevant level of Skills, Knowledge and Experience to act as Principal Designers/CDM Advisors and were nominated as one of the top three CDM Consultancies in the UK (2010).
We are Accredited with Safe Contractor SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement), Avetta, Pagabo Framework, Constructionline as Principal Designers. Members of the Birmingham Health Safety and Environmental Association (BHSEA), Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and the HSE WWT. We hold individual membership of The Association for Project Management (APM), Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and General Airport Security Awareness Training (GSAT).
We value clarity, competence and communication in our work. We trade within our UK ISO Quality and Environmental Systems, as well as working with regulators and key stakeholders.
